Join PTA
By joining the PTA, you help us meet our school’s needs that are outside the scope of their budget. You also have the opportunity to meet other parents and school staff and, the best part, be involved with fun events at school. When you go a step further and volunteer to help with events or join our board you greatly encourage our teachers and staff.
Why join the PTA?
The BRMES PTA provides teacher grants, sponsors student activities (Holiday Craft Sale, Spring Fling, Bike-to-School Day, Spiritwear Design Contest, etc.), hosts teacher and staff appreciation events, and more. By joining, you help to make these events a success. You also have the opportunity to meet other parents and school staff and, the best part, be involved with fun events at school.
What is the time commitment?
There is no set time commitment required to be a member. You can commit as much or as little as fits into your schedule. We encourage members to attend our quarterly PTA meetings and hope you can join the fun events we host for the kids. The PTA wants you to have fun and feel connected to your student’s school. When families get involved, our children benefit, and we think families benefit, too!
How much does it cost to be a member?
PTA membership is $15 per year. This money is used to support the activities of the BRMES PTA.
